Trouble shooting tips!

First a few words about preventative maintenance.
Appliances such as refrigerators, centrifuges, and other motorized appliances should NOT be on the same circuit with CoaCalc, CoaData, Accustasis or other computerized equipment.

These devices are controlled by a micro-controller. These micro-controller devices are sensitive to electrical spikes and should be isolated from them. This may be accomplished by using a surge protector or a battery backup system also referred to as a UPS Un-interrupt-able Power Supply. Either of these options may be purchased from American LAbor.

If your business operates on a 24 Hour basis like a hospital that never closes. Then your analyzer must be on all of the time. If your business operates on a 9 to 5 schedule then when you are not using the analyzer, we recommend turning it off when the office is closed. This will help to prevent damage from the occasional electrical storm.
