Printout our price list and fax order form. We will ship any quantity you desire, but please keep in mind, if your shipment will fit in one outer carton, overall shipping will be less. Our standard shipping carton sizes accommodate 1, 2, 4, 6 or 12 boxes of disposable items. Rolls of paper, stir bars and other small items usually fit into our outer cartons. If your company uses computer generated PO#s these will be accepted under our terms and conditions of payment, prepaid, UPS COD (extra fees apply), Visa, Mastercard. On order form PLEASE PRINT legibly except where indicated to sign. In the left column under quantity, fill in the quantity of the specific item you need. If you are not sure of the item number and description please call (919) 286-0726 to clarify. It is not necessary to extend the prices, this will be done by our accounting department. Fill out (PLEASE PRINT) the necessary information such as bill to, ship to and if charged to a credit card please complete credit card section of order form. If you have special shipping requirements please note them on the order form otherwise normal shipping is UPS GROUND. Your shipment will originate from North Carolina, 27705 with delivery times up to 6 days for the western parts of the USA. See UPS chart of estimated shipping times.
