If you have one of the above instruments and are no longer using it
please contact us, we do sometimes buy units to refurbish and
resell.

Instrument service options.
If your instrument is broken we offer a variety of service options.
You may ship the unit to us for repair. You will pay for labor, parts, shipping
and rent for a loaner, if one is desired (see rates in the features & benefits below).
You may purchase a Performance Guarantee Service Plan which includes:
All parts and labor needed to
maintain a quality working instrument
A loaner unit for your use while
repairs are being performed
All shipping cost including loaner
shipping for the next business day

Insurance

NOTE:
1)
Initial service contract costs for $500.00 and lasts for
one year.
2)
Service contract may be renewed on or before the end of the initial one
year term in additional one year increments.
The renewal rate is $300.00 per year if renewed prior to current contract
expiration date.
3)
This agreement does not cover:
- Damage/destruction due to abuse,
negligence, act of nature or malicious intent.
- Damage/destruction or loss due to theft or fire.
- Damage due to spillage.
